Abstract:
The effects of RE-Nb on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast 3Cr2MoNiWV hot-work die steel were investigated by SEM, TEM and AJ-1 electronic tensile test equipment. The results showed that the microstructure is refined, the proportion of dislocated martensite is increased, the morphology, amount and distribution of temper carbide as well as inclusions are improved by RE-Nb compound modifying treatment. Compared with original cast 3Cr2MoNiWV hot-work die steel, the impact toughness and UTS at both room and high temperature of modified one can be increased by 1.9 times, 234 MPa and 179 MPa respectively, with same hardness.[著者文摘]
